11. Hi it default to US letter. There are 2 options print all on 1 side or print on both sides.

12. When printing the card, is there some way to get rid of the grey lines that show the four quarters of the paper being used for alignment.

15. Hi, I love the site, but am having trouble printing the front cover. Am I turning it over the wrong direction? I’m not clear on how to turn the paper so that it does not print the back onto the front! Thanks for your help!

16. Hi all the printers behave differently best way to fix this issue is to lightly write top and bottom on the paper so you know how it is printing.
